Spinach Cheese Squares

  • 4 Tblsp. Margarine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped Spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup chopped Onion

In a 9x13 pan, melt Margarine. In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, flour, milk, salt and Baking Powder.

Add Spinach, Cheese and Onions. Pour mixture into pan with Margarine.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool at least 45 minutes.

Cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve at room temperature, or reheat for 5 minutes at 350 to serve hot.
