Salmon Spread/Dip

  • 1 - 16 oz. can of Salmon
  • 8 oz. fat-free Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbl. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbl. Minced Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parsley

Drain Salmon; removing any skin and large bones. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice, Onions, Salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in Salmon.

Cover bowl and chill several hours.

Garnish with Parsley. Serve on bread or crackers.
