Peachy Fruit Compote
- 2 - 15 oz. cans Mixed Fruit
- 1 - 15 oz. can Peaches, sliced
- 1 - 20 oz. can Pineapple Chunks
- 1 - 11 oz. can Mandarin Orange Slices
- 1 - 21 oz. can Peach Pie Filling
- 12 Maraschino Cherries
Drain juices from all the Fruit. Discard or use the juice for something else.
Place drained Fruit in a large bowl, and mix in the Peach Pie Filling. Mix completely until all pieces are coated.
Arrange the Maraschino Cherries on the top. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold.
