Mystery Meat
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- chopped onion (to taste)
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook macaroni per instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain grease from pan. All all remaining ingredients except the macaroni and mix well.
Add well drainined macaroni and mix again. Put finished mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes if freshly made, or for 45 minutes if pre-prepared and refrigerated.
