Monkey Bread
- 2 rolls of Refrigerator Biscuits (we use the cheap kind!)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 stick Butter or Margarine
- 1 Monkey (Just kidding!)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut Biscuits into quarters. Combine Sugar and Cinnamon in a bowl. Roll biscuits in mixture to coat, and layer the chunks in a round cake pan or angel-food cake pan.
Mix melted Butter and remining Cinnamon and Sugar. Pour mixture over biscuits and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Pull chunks apart to eat it as you swing from trees.
