Fantasy Fudge
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Margarine
- 2/3 cup undiluted Evaporated Milk
- 1 - 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 - 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup chopped Nuts (optional)
Combine the Sugar, Margarine and Evaporated Milk in a heavy 2-1/2 quart saucepan, and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and stir in Chocolate Chips until melted. Add Marshmallow Cream, Vanilla, and Nuts (if desired.) Stir until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Cool at room temperature. When cool, cut into squares.
Makes around 3 pounds.
