Cream Cheese Rolls

  • 2 pkgs Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs Cream Cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped Pecans

Spread 1 package of the Crescent Rolls in the bottom of a greased 9"x13" pan. Pinch dough together so there are no holes.

Mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup of Sugar, Egg Yolk and Vanilla until creamy. Spread mixture over rolls.

Top with 2nd package of Crescent Rolls. Stretch dough out carefully to cover the entire pan. Beat Egg White until fluffy and brush over rolls.

Mix remining 1/2 cup Sugar, Cinnamon and Pecans. Sprinkle mixture on top of rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
