Tasty Baked Fish

  • 6 fish fillets (halibut, sole, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips or dried French onion rings

Combine butter and lemon juice. Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish.

Dip the fish in Italian dressing, and place in baking dish.

Sprinkle fish with cheese and chips.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes.
