Tomato Basil Tart

  • 1 Pie crust
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 Roma tomatoes
  • Chopped Basil
  • 1/3 cup Mayo
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic - minced

Make a pie crust. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Slice Roma tomatoes, and spread across bottom of crust. Sprinkle chopped Basil on top of tomatoes.

Mix the mayo, shredded mozzarella cheese and garlic. Spoon mixture over basil/tomatoes. Sprinkle a little extra basil on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be served warm or cold.
