Asparagus & Chicken Quiche
- 1 - 8 oz. can of Cresent Rolls
- 10 oz. can of Asparagus (DelMonte is best)
- 1 pkg. Louis Rich pre-cooked Chicken Chunks
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 - 3 oz. can French Fried Onions
- In a 9" x 13" pan, unroll and spread Crescent Roll dough to cover bottom of pan.
Drain asparagus. Arrange spears of asparagus over the dough.
Chop the Chicken Chunks into small pieces, and spread evenly over the asparagus.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until completely combined. Evenly pour the mixture over the chicken and asparagus.
Spread the cheese evenly over the egg mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinke the fried onions evenly over the cheese, and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
