Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • 2 - 10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 stick of margarine or butter
  • 1/2 pound cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 -4 ounce package Ritz crackers - crushed
  • Cook broccoli according to package instructions. Drain.

In a 9"x9" pan, combine the broccoli, 1/2 stick of the margarine (cut into small cubes), and the cubed cheese.

Top with the crushed Ritz crackers and dot with the remaining cubed margarine.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees, until bubbling.
